These chocolates are made to order; patience and care is taken with every design. Each bonbon is hand-painted before being shelled with Belgian chocolate; filled with smooth ganache, caramel or praline, 

DClaire’s is made up of one chocolatier, Dominique, who started making chocolate bonbons in January 2020. She was inspired by other pastry chefs and chocolatiers on social media and took a dive into molded chocolates.

 

Since then, she has explored different flavours whilst striving to keep on improving with every creation. As she works her full-time job of Lighting and Compositing artist at an animation company, she continues to make chocolates providing those who she can with treats.
