DClaire’s is made up of one chocolatier, Dominique, who started making chocolate bonbons in January 2020.

 

She was inspired by other pastry chefs and chocolatiers on social media and took a dive into molded chocolates. Since then, she has explored different flavours whilst improving with every creation. While she works her full-time job of Lighting and Compositing artist at an animation company, she continues to make chocolates providing those who she can with treats.

DClaire is run from a home kitchen. Our praline and pistachio paste  are all made from scratch here.

 

Dominique continues to expand on flavours, chocolate and patisseries, combining her in depth knowledge with her artistic background; to create bonbons that tell a story and take you on a journey.
